The VNX module is designed to reduce the cost of building high-throughput EDI systems and represents a simple, clean, and environmentally friendly technology compared to chemically regenerated mixed bed ion exchange systems. This new and unique technology reduces the number of modules, simplifying the piping and assembly of the systems, thereby making it more cost-effective. <\/p>\n\n

In both LX and VNX modules, the spacers are stacked in a conventional plate and frame arrangement, with the product and concentrate spacers alternating. This configuration provides a more even distribution of flow and current than other configurations (such as spiral wound modules). This property is very important for the performance and longevity of the module. <\/p>\n\n
