The first steps are crucial, as the technical planning of a system has a direct impact on its effective use. As an engineering firm, we plan and design systems in 3-D using Cadison project and engineering software.
Cadison is a cross-project software from project database, via the P&ID diagram to the 3D planning.
At the beginning, we construct the individual system parts using 3-D planning on the computer, which has numerous advantages: The system automatically creates complete piping isometrics, for example, and manufacturing errors are avoided. Subsequently, we prepare the frame-connecting pipelines and cabling at our site before we assemble the complete system at the customer’s site. This procedure is fast and effective on the one hand and requires a much shorter installation time of the system at the customer’s site on the other.
