Stainless steel orbital welding: We orbitally weld pipes up to a diameter of 160 millimeters. In our production hall, in addition to an orbital rotary table that can support fittings weighing up to 250 kilograms, we also use an Olympus video endoscope, a residual oxygen meter, and a Delta-Ferrite meter. Our many years of experience make us experts in the field of orbital welding.
Plastic: We use various welding processes for the plastic material: we glue PVC for simple applications, we use the socket welding process for polypropylene, or – especially when it comes to highly sensitive applications – the infrared butt welding process, for which we have one of the few machines in Austria directly on site. We weld polyethylene and PVDF; the latter plastic variant, if necessary, using so-called WNF technology (WNF = bead and groove-free).
